Timeline Management

Your time is valuable and we highly respect that.  At Mark Fryer and Associates, we begin by developing a strategic road map and timetable to align each phase of the process.  Highlighted in the timetable will be key intervals and anticipated deliverables.  Client feedback is welcomed throughout the process, but will be sought during designated interval checkpoints.

It is vital throughout this effort to have pre-determined communication protocols for individuals and teams engaged in the process.  As part of the protocols will be opportunities for client constituents to share feedback on the process, insights, and two-way communication for assessing progress and deadlines.

Confirming the management of the timeline and the communication protocols takes place during the Discovery session of each new project.
