About Our Founder, Mark S. Fryer

Mark Fryer began his career in corporate HR.  During the next two decades, his expertise was honed in executive development, human resource process improvement, talent management and acquisition, union avoidance, employee and labor relations, along with succession planning, compensation and benefits, and HRMS.

It was a welcomed challenge for Mark to then join a consulting services firm where his experience was sought for organizational and leadership development, executive coaching, succession planning, and career transition services.

With his expansive corporate and consulting experience, it was only natural for Mark to leverage that expertise and launch Mark Fryer and Associates.

Mark is a Six Sigma Champion, certified Situational Leadership II instructor, certified in the PDI Personnel Decisions Inc. 360 degree PROFILOR® and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.  He is a regular blog contributor and guest speaker.
